Winceton was great to work with. He saved my daughter's Christmas by reaching out that they had a Bronco Sport on the lot and then held it for me till I was able to arrive.

Don't waste your time, because I assure you they will waste yours. Go to Volkswagen of Lewisville, they are worth the drive ! Customer Service follow through is severely lacking at this location and yes even on a management level. It's now day 5 of a nail in my tire that they have been promising me to fix yet here I sit, stranded after waiting 3 hours for a tow after work last night. Yesterday when I went to the dealership to have it repaired after it was promised I left with an aired up nail in my tire which led to a flat . I'm definitely not putting these guys at the top of my list .

I just got my car from here with the help of Josef Puhringer. He helped my wife and me to find the best fit car to our needs. He is super nice, and helpful. Also they have a lot of option that you cannot find in the other locations. Great experience great service great customer service

Everyone was great. Traded in my car for a new Tiguan. Zirina was my sales person and wonderful to work with.

Service drive here is growing and the Director Brandon and his service drive manager Blake are at the helm of this upward trajectory. The location is actually doing so well that they are winning new customers from other VW stores. Great location, big spacious service waiting area to just relax or get some work done. I also believe they are ready to service the all new electric VW ID4. Great things here, greater things coming.
