Mark and the Porsche Plano team were awesome! I had been looking for a car for a few months and Mark sent it to me as soon as they got it on trade. I was there the next day to look at it and after placing a deposit, I was given several updates as it went through their shop and detail team to come out looking almost brand new. After purchasing I was walked around the dealership and introduced to several people I may be speaking with in the future regarding service which I had not experienced before at any other dealer. Had my car towed in for a ruined tire. Dealership did not have a loaner that afternoon. They said they may have one come in at the end of the day and would call me. It did, and they did. Grateful to have it over the weekend and until my new tire came in. Car was ready when promised and nice and clean.Report
