Swung by the Dodge dealer to check out a used car I’d seen on their online inventory. Kevin was the guy helping us out and in the end he helped us purchase the car and even hooked us up with a free tank of gas. Super fast didn’t spend much time there like other dealers they even found the spare key later on and called me to come pick up whenever I’d like. Smooth and hassle free experience overall thanks again Kevin!

Especially the salesperson Jenny Pineda, who made this experience gratifying and delightful. She helped me to find the right option that fit my needs with kindness, patience, and solid experience in the automobile industry.

This is the worst place you can go. Nothing else needs to be said garbage

Purchased two cars from here in 2020. Service department lacking in respect - or at least, that was my experience when I tried to get a routine oil change! I do miss my 2015 Highlander. Oddly, my ex husband reported it stolen, after I left it with valet last November... so weird, huh? People love to manipulate, I suppose. Unfortunately, that's most of the Bay Area folks - although, I can feel something in the air -- hopefully justice and change? BEE WELL, friends! By the way, I heard when you're done with men, they have nothing but contempt for you? Let's hope that's not true. Or is it?

Excelente customer service, acomódate to my needs shutout for Kevin who has been not only patient but show kindness and Respect as well a very professional service.

AVOID THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT
The service agents and techs on the floor of the service department were disrespectful, aggressive, and dismissive. This led to wasted time while issues were inaccurately communicated across the team. Management is apologetic and kind but I'll be going back to the team in Sunnyvale for any future needs.

It was a worse experience than the DMV. Terrible service. Terrible communication. I’ll never have a vehicle serviced there again.
