This review is loooong overdue but BMW Portland definitely deserves this 5 star rating!!! Typically there's a negative connotation with the word "dealership" - a bunch of scammers, heavy sales pressure…u know the drill. Well not here! And I kid you not!

I actually purchased my X2 here in 2018, felt zero pressure, had my questions answered and have been a happy customer since. From the wonderful Christmas parties with delicious food and generous giveaways to the service department - everything is ??

Daniel has been my service advisor and this guy is just down to earth and calm, keeps me updated on the status of my service, is super chill when I'm late for pickup (too often!) and is overly patient with my 3 year old who does not want to return the loaner and demands a 'rainbow colored car'! Never rolls his eyes or makes me feel uncomfortable but instead, he gave my little toddler boss a BMW teddy bear!
Thank you BMW Portland for changing the dealership stigma. See you when my car yells for service Daniel!

Came in for my scheduled service on 12/17 at 12, expecting my car to be serviced. However, instead I was told they need to reschedule since they are behind on schedule. No loaner vehicle offered at all. This service was not BMW like at all, I could've at least received a call prior to the service. Instead they wasted over an hour my time to drive down to BMW Portland just to get sent home.
