The quality of service that is offered at this location makes me regret that I ever bought a BMW.

My very first service visit was about 6 months ago and it was not pleasant. My car was in because this location sold me a car that was not functioning like a brand new car should and I voiced my concern the day I picked it up. It took them two weeks to figure out the issue. One of their service managers caught a major attitude with me after I shared my frustrations about the lack of service updates and communication.

Fast forward to today…I had to bring my car in due to a recall. I go to pick up my car and it reeks of smoke and I'm not a smoker. My car still had the new car smell when I dropped it off and to say the least, it was gone after picking it up. Why in the heck would BMW allow a smoker to drive customers' cars around?!!!

Now…I have to give credit where credit is due…Art, Scott, Ali and Joe that work in the service department are phenomenal. If everyone else in the service department didn't work there, I would be giving a 5-star rating. However, as phenomenal as they are, it doesn't make up for all of the aggravation I've had to deal with since buying my new car. Kind of regretting I didn't buy a Toyota.

I was more than ecstatic with our experience at BMW of Roxbury. We worked with Nick and he showed us the greatest hospitality and made the process as smooth as can be! We are beyond thankful!

Salesperson Nick at BMW of Roxbury was great and straight to the point, not wasting any of your time or playing any mind games like some other salespersons would at any dealers. Any salesperson should be transparent like Nick! Def would buy from him again for quick n easy transactions!

***SIDE NOTE FOR Roxbury BMW Service Dept***
Almost spent 90k on my brand new X7 2021 only to find out there's a defect in my headlight housings--heavy condensations noted inside both headlights everytime it rains!! Went into service dept at Roxbury BMW round 4pm one day…I dunno maybe it was considered near closing time for them but from service receptionist lady to service advisor, whole experience was beyond horrible and disgusting! These people won't even acknowledge u when you walk in, doesn't greet first, no eye contact, aloof with air-headed and nonchalant attitude acting like they are above you just cuz they work at BMW? It's funny cuz I'm a medical doctor and I would never treat any of my patients differently whether they are rich or poor. These people in bmw service dept are something else, brushed me off when I told them about my headlight issue and tried to give me a runaround. Long story short, service manager finally came and was told no fix since it's a well known problem to new X7 and BMW cooperate is well aware of it!
Well, called other BMW dealers nearby and went on X7 forums, headlight issue seems all news to them, not so common as Roxybury BMW calls it. Will take this matter up to BMW cooperate to confirm the truth and will complain to BBB thereafter!

The sales team are the best! Evelyn was a pleasure to work with and Scott in maintenance was also very helpful and courteous to me! I had such an amazing experience getting my first BMW! I recommend using this place to get your first car!
