Jeremy at BMW of Newton is best of the best! Incredibly patient, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough in his work, I would recommend anyone to see him. In such a crazy time to buy a car, I never felt like I was just another customer. Jeremy kept me up to date on my options, kept to his word and Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My purchase process was totally remote until I came to the dealership for pick up, and to have the level of service excellence I experienced is just unheard of. I was in and out of the dealership in 1 HOUR (I am so thankful!) 25 minutes with finance, 30 minutes with Corey the Genius, the whole dealership staff is so nice and knowledgeable too. (I would have lost a whole day at another dealership…). The seamless and no stress process allowed me to drive away from the dealership relaxed with a smile on my face enjoying my new X6. Wow what a great experience! I'm so impressed with the staff at BMW of Newton! EVERYONE was so helpful…our greeter, sales rep and the finance department!
