Jeremy at BMW of Newton is best of the best! Incredibly patient, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough in his work, I would recommend anyone to see him. In such a crazy time to buy a car, I never felt like I was just another customer. Jeremy kept me up to date on my options, kept to his word and Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My purchase process was totally remote until I came to the dealership for pick up, and to have the level of service excellence I experienced is just unheard of. I was in and out of the dealership in 1 HOUR (I am so thankful!) 25 minutes with finance, 30 minutes with Corey the Genius, the whole dealership staff is so nice and knowledgeable too. (I would have lost a whole day at another dealership…). The seamless and no stress process allowed me to drive away from the dealership relaxed with a smile on my face enjoying my new X6. I will most certainly be coming back to order my next car with Jeremy. THANK YOU!!!

Heather was great. I woke up in MN on a Monday, reached out to Heather about purchasing a new X5. She sent the paperwork and had the car shipped out by 2pm the following Wednesday. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. If I lived in NJ I would be a loyal customer. Thanks Heather

I bought a G82 M4 from BMW of Newton. We live in Atlanta, GA. Jeremy made the process of buying from remote very smooth. We flew in to NYC, Jeremy arranged for us to be picked up and we were in and out quickly, since we had a 14 hour drive back. I would definitely recommend Jeremy as your client advocate

Had a really good experience with this dealership. Flew in from Atlanta and they did not let me down. Andrews was a very helpful salesperson. Awesome customer service !

I had the best experience with purchasing my new car! It was the smoothest transaction ever! Amit was great! He definitely went above and beyond to find the best vehicle for me. Wow what a great experience! I'm so impressed with the staff at BMW of Newton! EVERYONE was so helpful…our greeter, sales rep and the finance department! I purchased a car for my father and we went to all the dealerships in the area and I believe because of Andrew that he chose a BMW! Andrew was committed to helping my father to feel like he was important and making sure that he felt comfortable with his decisions…very refreshing to have a sales rep "care" about the customer!
