As for my 3 star review this is based solely on the fact of me finding multiple cosmetic issues that were not disclosed. Of which there was, a bent rim, two rock chip dents in hood, a replaced rear window, and the oil access panel underneath being torn and unable to be secured.
These issues ended up costing a couple thousand to fix and has made it hard to enjoy the car to this point. Please inspect the vehicle you’re purchasing intently for similar issues when buying a used vehicle. Thank you Carter for the hospitality and smooth process in the end.
I spoke with a sales rep about a specific car and we scheduled an appointment for 6 PM that evening. I live a bit outside of Nashville, so I was already on my way when I got a text from him saying, “Hey brother, someone just left a deposit on the vehicle. I’ll let you know if it falls through.”Report
Seriously, where’s the integrity or consideration from this dealership? I still went out there, but they had nothing else that matched the same interior and exterior colors. It’s clear they don’t value your time and will sell a car right out from under you. All they said was “sorry” I mean that even didn’t sound genuine at all..Be warned!!

I cannot say enough about Thomas at BMW of Nashville. I met him at random when I found the car I wanted (not a BMW) that someone traded in at this dealership. Thomas walked me through the entire process in a straightforward and helpful way from the test drive to getting things set up with financing. He was available via email, phone or text and always responsive. The finance team and management were all thankful for my business and not pushy in the least.
