I had the privilege to work with Diana Lynn and Dave Abbe to put me in a great looking Gray mettallic 540i. From our first meeting Diana was very attentive and made herself available on my schedule for test drives due to my uncertainty on the model suited best for me. Just got back home with my new car. Very happy with experience at BMW of Morristown.
Diana is our sales advisor and she is fantastic. She did a great job showing us all the available cars and features and gave me lots of time to test drive the car on the first visit. Unlike most other sales persons, she didn't push for a sale at all on the day. Instead she suggested we think about it. We got back to her for a second visit. She showed me the car I was most interested in and took time to explain in more details. We sat down to go over prices and buying options. Again, she explained everything very well and I never felt rushed or pressured. We finally got to a deal today. Everything went as smoothly as I'd ever hope. And she went over all the features again and helped me set up the car.
Diana is the best car sales I've ever met. Very knowledgeable and patient. We felt very comfortable throughout the process. I'm a Mercedes owner and decided to get a BMW over another Mercedes this time partly because of how good Diana was.
The dealership is nice and clean. And they have more cars than others in the area. I also met the sales manager, Rich from financing, and the service guys. Everyone was nice. Highly recommend this place.

I took my car in to get a oil change and my car was telling me there was to much oil in it..and then it started smoking..there telling me I need a oil sensor which will be 750$..which I shouldn't have to pay for cause they made a mistake..my car was perfectly fine now there telling me I have a oil leak from the head gasket...total rip off...
