Worst service department Ive seen in 20 years +. No one answers the phone there ever... changing cars so I don't have to deal with BMW in Mongtomery..Report
I have brought 2 BMW from this dealership, in the past 2 years. The newest in the first year I had to replace 2 tires, due my alignment. Called To talk to the GM and get some clarity about why would they sell me a brand new vehicle that the alignment was already messed up on it. Brand new 2024 X3. He never returned a call No follow-up no nothing I paid over a thousand dollars for two tires This is really bad customer service.Report
I put a formal complaint in with the BMW manufacturer about this dealership

Staff is very unprofessional. I was looking to purchase a CPO vehicle with a potential trade-in. I am out of state which makes the process a bit different but having gone through this before I actually tend to find this preferrable to in person. Not here. Apparently, wanting to make a purchase is inconvenient to the sales folks. When I followed up three hours after sending photos of trade-in(which received no acknowledgement) I was told "give me a second, I have clients". OK, guess I'm not one? Did I ever hear back? No. Called the next day, same sales guy picked up, I was again told "Give me 30 minutes, we have a meeting." Ok, cool. Waited over an hour. Called again and asked for the sales manager to call me(that's apparently who has the trade in appraisals). Got a call two hours later from another sales guy telling me, he figured he'd call me as a placeholder before my original sales guy calls me but sales manager is not available and he has no notes and can't give me any info about trade in. I get transferred to the GM(not because I asked, but I got dropped on hold then told I'm transferring you), who has no idea why I'm being transferred to him (cue, the most awkward, stilted beginning of a conversation I've ever experienced), and also can't tell me anything about the trade in value because the sales manager has it and he's not available. No one briefed him before just dropping the call in his lap. This would be my fourth time going through explaining the same thing and attempting to purchase a car from them. Admittedly, I was quite frustrated and did say the entire sales team needs client service training and I no longer wanted to engage in the discussion to move this deal along. Ultimately, I don't need a new car this bad and there are plenty of other dealerships to purchase from.
I don't typically leave reviews, but this was so bad it blew my mind. I'm not dropping names because ultimately, maybe the sales folks here are great with their in-person clients and this was a more isolated experience, or maybe these are newer sales guys that are still learning. I have no way of knowing.
Mike at the Montgomery BMW is the best service agent. His customer service is great ????????????Report
