As soon as we arrived for our appointment we were met by a wonderful young man who checked us in. We asked a few questions and he directed us to another wonderful young man. As we were speaking to the second person , the first one was so kind as to bring us a bowl of water for our dog! We ended up moving the service for our vehicle to their service department for the foreseeable future. And ended up with a new vehicle.Report

Brian in service helped me with my vehicle issue and has great customer service skills. Also, my technician personally came in to discuss the issue with me. Great 5 star service. I just wish the parts and shop rate weren't so expensive. 3 stars for parts and labor costs.Report

Highly recommended this dealership to anyone! I worked with my advisor Joseph Grant to secured the M4 that I wanted and he made the entire purchasing process very easy. He also assisted me in shipping the vehicle 2000miles to NJ for me. The wait time was a little longer than expected but he is indeed a very responsible and thoughtful client advisor! I just need to see how to confirm the lifetime oil package that I purchased though. It didn’t show up in the system as they said it would.Report

Dealership attempted to force me to finance car through them. Would not accept ACH from American Federal Bank. 2 weeks waiting for a finance manager to call or email after bank requested to fund. Just to find out they want to fund a deal not sell a car. Very shady business dealings for such a so called prestigious dealership. 4 star reviews and 11 car guru reviews. BUYER BEWARE.
