Took the day off to buy a car, I began the day by doing my online research and I landed on a certified 5-Series they had on the website. Long story short after going back and forth for 3-4 hours we came to an agreement on price and terms. I began my 2 hour drive to buy this vehicle and my sales rep calls to tell me that the vehicle wasn't certified, his manager wouldn't drop the price even knowing the vehicle wasn't going to be certified (keep in mind it is advertised all over the website as a certified vehicle). These guys are a joke, don't waste your time and go shop elsewhere.

Our salesman Paris made this whole process an amazing experience. He was patient with all of our questions and was so knowledgeable on everything we discussed. I usually dread going to dealerships and dealing with sales people but Paris made this experience a fun and easy one. I highly recommend seeing Paris if you are looking to buy a car. He truly takes care of his customers. And I also can't forget to mention our finance guy Jack. He made sure we understood everything we were signing and getting into. He also made everything so easy to understand and took away all the stress that can come with financing a vehicle. Thanks to both of you for making this an amazing and unforgettable experience.

They made me wait, more than a reasonable length of time.
Not on time for scheduled drop-off.
Not on time for scheduled pick-up.
Ladies' bathroom light non functional.
Music suitable for a hard of hearing 14-year old..

Bob Thomas demonstrates the benchmark of how a sale should be performed. He was truly detail-oriented and provided an education that I truly value. I have only purchased Japanese luxury cars and crossover vehicles for the last 13 years (Lexus & Acura) and have been pleased.

However, the quality and engineering of BMW along with a sales consultant that provided A1 customer experience...I am now a BMW consumer for life. I now understand what the driving experience is all about. I plan to be a long time consumer with Monterey BMW. Bob was great 5 Stars, I will be recommending my work associates and friends to Monterey BMW.

Lastly, I must mention on other great experiences. Jamie in service was great he has a great personality and sense of humor. Also, Nate, BMW tech genius, this young man will go quiet far in his career. He has both intellectual ability and emotional intelligence. He was always willing to answer and demonstrate "how too(s)", this was greatly appreciated.

Besides returning for future services needs; I plan to purchase a second BMW for my spouse within the near future. So, Bob I will be looking you up soon again.

Great Job Monterey BMW, continue providing great customer experience!

I brought my car to see if they can fix it up and they had everything my car needed and were very professional. They set up my appointment and took care of me when it came to paying for the service. Will for sure be back for any other problems I have with my car. Alan and Brandon were of great help during my experience.
