I recently purchased a CPO BMW and I couldn't have been more happier with the buying experience. We (my husband and I) had a scheduled appointment but our representatives were already busy so this nice gentleman by the name of Evans filled in until Dennis and Amir could become available. From the test drive to helping us understand warranty options, Evans was knowledgeable, friendly and super welcoming (actually the entire team was) and if he didn't know something he was honest about that as well. Everything was super easy and stress-free and it didn't take all day. I love this newer vehicle and I am truly appreciative of the overall great customer service we recieved. We did purchase the vehicle with a little booboo BUT they will be fixing it shortly.

We purchased a new X3 at BMW of Fairfax yesterday and WOW! One fantastic auto! The folks there were wonderful and highly knowledgeable and super to deal with. They listened to us and provided recommendations and were excellent at listening and understanding our questions and concerns. In the end, we were really pleased with our deal and love our new auto! Robert Curry was absolutely phenomenal in pin pointing the issue and then resolving it. He did not brush off the issue as it was done first time I came for the same issue for a defective tire on my x7.
If your concern is not being resolved by tech or staff, I would shoot an email to Robert or simply call to talk to him.

Helped me work out a deal and worked around the budget I was looking for. Great service and amazing communication.

Custom ordered a 2025 M2 at BMW of Fairfax and have had the car for a little under a year now. Everything from ordering, to sales, to the service department has been great so far.

Neils, our client advisor was fantastic. He was very welcoming and genuine, with none of that annoying car salesman vibe. He helped us put together the options we wanted on the M2 for the special order and kept us up to date on the car’s production schedule.
