My husband and I were shopping for vehicle for months, since the chip shortage makes the process more difficult. The only reason I need a new car was to gives my paid off Infiniti QX60 2016 to my graduate daughter. After long day searching my husband stop by to BMW and ask the managers (smoking) outside if they have vehicles to sale. They just received 3 so we went to look at them. We didn't have an appointment so all the sales personnel where difficult to help us. So we patiently wait. After wait for hours they kicked us out because they couldn't get an approval from a bank that late. Finance guy told me that I only qualify for 30k ? funny because Jaguar qualifies me for 80k. So we left without a car. 1st thing in the morning finance guy call me saying I got you approved and papers are ready when I was on my way to work. So my husband went and get the papers take them to me at my work to sign and return. I noticed several mistakes I call back and they have to re-do all papers and again my husband drove 35 minutes back and forward to get the paperwork done. This was ridiculous this people think they don't have to work hard to get a sale. The treatment was awful and disrespectful. They didn't took time to set up the vehicle and always using the Covid shortage of staff as an excuse. The parts department was even worse rude and unprofessional. Since my husband was the one who pick up the car and he didn't inspect it. I notice a some scratches by the door, I return and speak with the manager and his service rep was charging me over $500 on labor and parts WTH! The car only have days from purchase. To make is even worse my tags expired over 1week ago and no one contact me to pick them up, when I call questioning why? the managers was rude cutting me off while I was talking. I regret purchasing here and I don't even like BMW. I also end up trading in the Infiniti QX60 for a new Mazda CX-5 touring 2021 from Passport Suitland MD and their service was amazing since I called , walk in and left. Oh and they stay until 10pm got approval in seconds. End of the story customer service is the key ? to close deals, referring new clients or return Im definitely not going to return to this dealer. I'm actually trading in the BMW for a Tesla. I recommend it go and do your business another dealer that respect and treat the customer how they deserve it.

Love this dealership- especially Arnita & Hunter. They have been very kind and helpful from start to finish! Even more recently with me having a car accident- the two of them along with the collision team at this location were very helpful. Top tier dealership! Also I love my BMW.

Glad I didn't hold my breath! Brought my vehicle in for trade to purchase another, general manager said he would get back to me. Day by day I waited nothing, started to catch my breath finally…bought in Towson (BMW) believe me worth the drive. I am sure the reason for no response will be blamed on COVID.

Words cannot begin to say how happy I am with BMW of Annapolis. I picked up my new 2022 228i today and I am in love. Dave Mier the Finance Director is amazing he really went the extra mile to get me this car. Most dealerships treat you like a number and if it is not easy they pass you along without lifting a finger. Not Dave he went to work on my deal and did not stop till it was done and I got my car. They really treat you like family here and I can honestly say my family and I will be customers for life. If you are looking for a new BMW this is the place you want to go to. And trust me if Dave says he is working on it for you he really is and he wont stop till its done. My new BMW is living proof of that.

Always clean, helpful, & definitely 5 star service . My salesperson, Daniel Anderson, is amazing! He is my go to person whenever I have a question about my car. He looks out for you, not just as a salesperson, but as a friend. Ask for him when you go here!

The service personnel are great, but waiting time for service is rediculous. Having an appointment doesn't mean anything. I came in for a door seal for my car and after 2 hours, I am still here waiting. Gonna be looking at another service center to see if that helps.

Updated - A past communication issue has made me decide to start using NTB for my oil changes. Every other service advisor was great and i absolutely love their autobody department. Just one advisor ruined my experience enough to hopefully never use that department again.
