Three person team, two had been here before for upkeep of the old unit. They were professional in attitude and highly skilled. They were considerate; the covered the way to the inside unit with tarps and took time to vacuum up debris inside the house upon leaving. The entire time was a few hours and I am now enjoying the comfort of a working AC. All around pleasant people who also chatted a minute or two about plants.

I was very happy with the service I received from Blue Ribbon. Dylan was very knowledgeable with what needed to be done & very good at keeping me informed as to his actions. He went above & beyond to get our system up & running, even in inclement weather. I could not asked more.
