This may be the best emergency service process I have been through. The tech was amazingly pleasant and understanding. He came out within a few hours of receiving our call. He was extremely knowledgeable, not only getting our AC up and running but giving us amazing advice on the upkeep and outlook of our current units. He went way above and beyond what I expected. In my initial contact with Bloomingdale Air, a responsive, knowledgeable technician diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly and effectively, even on a Sunday and did not charge for service call or weekend rates. I have since used them multiple times for other issues ranging from routine maintenance to other items. Theyve been able to diagnose and repair some of the strangest issues quickly and reasonably. Bloomingdale Air is a great company. My system’s coils went bad under warranty they pulled them and replaced them in a day. They didn’t try and gouge me with extras. David was very professional. If you don’t having these guys checking out your HVAC system you should.

Our 17year old AC system stopped working and we called Bloomingdale Air since they have repaired our system before. Bill came right out (we happened to live near him) and diagnosed our problem. “Your compressor died and with this age of system your AC is no longer repairable.” Bottom line... we needed a new system. The next day Bill brought us two portable AC’s to help keep our house comfortable while we wait on the new system to arrive. He gave us 4 different options for replacement units and we picked one out that matched our budget. Bill was very professional, helpful, and informative. Justin was our installer, and he arrive on time and installed our new AC in half a day. Very professional, clean and friendly! Justin’s attention to detail and quality of install were better than when the AC was originally installed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience considering we weren’t expecting to have to buy a new AC system. We stayed comfortable and informed the whole week. Thanks Bloomingdale Air!
