I purchased a used 2022 Jeep Gladiator with 10,000 miles from this dealership. During the test drive, the salesperson and I noticed a noise near the passenger door. I was assured that the shop would inspect it when I brought the vehicle back.

After purchasing the vehicle, I had the back window tinted, and I noticed that it leaked. When I took the vehicle in for service, I reported both issues to the service department. I was informed that the noise around the door was normal for a Jeep, which was no longer present. However, regarding the leak, I was told it was coming from the top of the window and running around the edge. There was no water on the outside of the vehicle when it was leaking from the tint. I was told at that point that Jeep cabins are not wind and water tight.

Despite raising a legitimate concern, I was charged $250, as the dealership claimed there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. When I inquired about the charge, I was told it was for the time spent by the technician inspecting the vehicle—despite no repairs being made.

I find it unacceptable to be charged for an issue that should have been addressed during the trade-in inspection or resolved as part of the purchase process. Based on this experience, I will not be buying another vehicle from this dealership or conducting any future business with them. Used to be a respectable service department.

My mother and daughter have both purchased dodge journeys from this dealership. They are not honest in their purchasing or repairs. They do not honor their warrantys. They claim motor issues are not covered and then make you pay out of pocket. Buy from somewhere reputable.

My pregnant daughter and elderly aunt were driving from Houston to Lubbock on Monday and had a flat tire. They pulled off the highway and thankfully ended up at your dealership. Her car had no spare, and no tires were available to get her back on the road. Your service advisor and General Manager went over and beyond for them and got them back home safely. I work for a dealership in Lubbock where we encourage our employees to 'make confidence happen' - and THIS is how it's done! There are so many misconceptions about those of us in the car business and I love when dealerships prove that we are kind, caring, generous people!!! I was over 3 hours away when she called me all upset about her situation and was immediately at ease when she called back and told me how well your staff took care of them! Thank you so much!!!!

Their service team was so welcoming and helpful when I had a flat traveling down I20. They made a super stressful situation so much better and I am so grateful for them!

These guys treated us great. We were on our way to the hospital when we had a flat. They got us in and the flat fixed in just a few minutes even though they were short handed and really busy. They treated us like old friends.
