Black Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Talk about shotty workmanship. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Charged me $663 . Went out to wash my truck yesterday, and noticed a lug nut ready to fall off. So I checked on the same wheel, and 2 others were finger loose. I got out my breaker bar and went around the rest of the wheels. Every one of them were loose. That is 32 lugs I had to tighten. Did they even change the oil? I was very pissed off. Calling the corporate office in the morning. And they charged me $300 for a repair that was under a recall. This is the absolute worst service department I've ever dealt with. Nothing but a cash grab

Tried to overprice me on repair. Took it to Randy Marion to get the repair at one tenth the price.

Check engine came on our 3500 Ram while pulling our 5th wheel. Called Blacks and they got us right in. 3 hours later we were back on the road. Can’t say enough about how we were treated. I’d recommend them highly

My truck broke down last week Sunday driving from Michigan. I had it towed to Black where Greg in service immediately started the process of getting the truck evaluated and back on the road. By Tuesday Tuesday my truck was done and I made the journey home. Thank you Greg for all your help!

Great experience there with service area. Was running late and one of the service advisors stayed over a few mins. So I could get my car out going above and beyond to see a satisfied customer!! Plus my truck was fixed right the first time to boot.

I don't like the way I was talked to by the mgr. very demeaning and disrespectful. Putting this dealership on my "black" list.
