Birmingham Subaru

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Lee Coupeland came in on his day off to help make this the best buying experience. You don’t find that kind of customer service anywhere these days. We were taken care of from start to finish. There was an issue with the Subaru link service. The dealership came and picked up the car, took it to get it fixed and brought it back. All I can say is WOW!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru!! Great Job!!

We've had the Forester for 6 months and even though we haven't put 6000 miles on it, Hallmark had us bring it in for service, including rotating the tires to extend their longevity. They took the car right back at our appointed time and had a comfortable waiting room. Glad to know my Forester will be carefully serviced to extend its perfect performance.

What is the point of having "Pickup and delivery" as an option when you schedule service, if they don't actually offer it? They called to tell me I missed a service appointment, and I said I thought you offered pick up as I selected online, and the girl didn't know?? I'll stick with Hendricks moving forward. Thanks

Conveniently just off I-65 in downtown. Staff super friendly and non pushy. Ask for Chandler; look up Subaru salesman in the dictionary and you'll find him. Kicked tires in Nashville, Huntsville, Florence, and Birmingham at Subaru dealers and others. Hallmark gave me the best experience and a great deal on my new used 2022 Outback Touring XT.
