I recently purchased a used Ford Escape from the Oelwein team. They were nice to work with and were informative to all my questions. It was long drive to get to Oelwein but worth the time.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Jeremy at Birdnow Chevrolet in Oelwein. I've purchased several vehicles in my life. Not all have been enjoyable experiences, but my experience at Birdnow was top notch. My conversation with Jeremy was comfortable and informative. I did not feel pressured to make a decision I wasn't ready to make. If you are shopping for a vehicle I recommend talking to Jeremy at Birdnow Chevrolet in Oelwein.

Jeremy was great to work with, made the process quick and easy. Would highly recommend going to them for a vehicle!

Bad service. No communication.

Unwilling to do their job until formal complaint was made. Yes and attempt was made after but three months without primary vehicle is unacceptable.

Great staff

Bought a vehicle from them close to 5 years ago and have been very happy with it. Recently decided we needed to replace another vehicle so we returned to them again for a newer used vehicle. Good customer service, not pushy; appear to have better deals than dealerships close to my home.
