The dealership (took it there because near kids college) could not find problem with 2018 Jeep Compass stalling. Said "they cant figure it out". Took it to dealer by my house and it was the "start/stop battery" dead, causing errors and stalling. Seriously??

Told us we had the exact model reserved for a $500 refundable deposit taken over the phone. Drove from Pennsylvania to be told they didn't have it reserved for us, but could get us one in a different color. After agreeing to keep the deposit on the new color car until it came in, we shopped around. We found the car we wanted at the same price, but the new dealership offered us a larger rebate and better trade in. When I called Binghamton Dodge for a refund they told me I would have to go there to process it, even though they took the deposit over the phone.
