Bill's Heating & A/C

My gas furnace quit. I put a call request on the website and got a call back in a few min. They sent out a technician in about an hour. Diagnosis was quick and they installed a new gas furnace the next morning! During the installation, I notice something I did not like with the location of the incoming gas pipe and made a suggestion of how I would like it to be routed. My suggestion was done to perfection. With that being said, I am very satisfied with the quick service I received.

Great guys as usual quality job and courteous

We needed a gas line rerouted to go to our dryer area, and with a future kitchen remodel we also needed a stem off of the line so that the gas could be brought up to the new location of the stove. For The first initial consult they were prompt and on time, 2 guys came out. My husband suggested a route that he would prefer as he was in construction for many years. However, the guy with "seniority" didn't agree and suggested something completely different that would have the line running off a smaller gas line and my husband knew wouldn't be to code. The lead guy also said "I need to take measurements" and literally in front of my husband extended his arms as if that was adequate for taking measurements. My husband was VERY Leary about using this company especially since they wanted payment in full prior to any work being done.
They scheduled us in very quickly which we were Grateful for, being right before Christmas.
I was surprised that they sent out a completely different person for the install, and my husband was at work so I was left to explain the details that were discussed with my husband.
I've project managed countless jobs as an interior designer and have knowledge of construction do's and dont's, he was very thorough with his explanations and I could tell he knew what he was doing and did not act condescending towards a woman which is a nice professional trait!
He seemed to know exactly what needed to be done and explained that the line could not be ran how the first guy said because 2 major appliances could not run off a small line and it would not be to code… he needed to reroute from the larger line and I'm sure it was more work than what was anticipated. The fact that my husband was very pleased with the work is why I'm writing this review. The gentleman who did the work in a timely , knowledgeable and professional manner is someone I'd make sure to keep as an employee.

The gentlemen called and were on time prices were definitely within the normal standard.Their customer service and their office ladies were absolutely amazing. techs and electrician Kept me updated every step of the way and gave options during install. Sorry about the garage guys forgot you had to run wires thank for not smashing stuff up really appreciated ?. My furnace blew up on On Wednesday they were here that next Monday with the full install ready to go! if I ever have to use any service it will be them again for sure thanks again! Btw furnace is amazing, can't wait to use AC this coming summer.

The mobile home park he did for SNAP had so much rework to do, Snap had somebody else come and fix everything. They gave him a chance to fix things and he still didn't get it right.

Absolutely professional service from a local company that backs up their repairs. During this current cold spell they got to me the same day I called for an appointment and made the repairs in a timely manner at a reasonable cost
