Took my truck in for a airbag recall . While there my dashboard was broken and my 50 caliber antenna was stolen . Then when I picked up my truck they told me the airbag light is now on and it will be $189 to diagnose it . I left messages and no one has called me back

Seamless transaction, no stress and pleasant experience. This is the second truck I bought from them. I will keep coming back.

I wanted to take my car to this place because I seen that they specialize in GMC vehicles. About two months ago they replaced my engine In which everything has seemed fine until a couple of weeks ago. It has been a nightmare trying to call them or have anybody return my call. I have left multiple voicemails trying to explain the issue as well as a good callback number for me and no one has called me back as of yet. Hopefully someone reaches back out to me so I can schedule a day I can bring my vehicle in, but this is extremely frustrating.

First time I used the Bill Rapp Service Center. Easy in, quick and efficient. Pleasant waiting area while they did an oil change and tire rotation. In and out in 30 minutes. Reasonable price to boot

The dealership Service is great. Very Quick. I make a n appointment and drop the Truck off the night before and the Truck is ready before 12:00 Noon the next day.
