I went to several different Ram dealerships here in Phoenix to order my new RHO and Bill Luke, off of camelback and the 17, was by far the best! Gave me what I wanted for my trade as well as a good discount on my new truck. Very friendly and easy to work with, transparent and kept me up to date on every aspect of the ordering process. 10/10 would recommend them again.

Bill Luke was amazing throughout the whole process. Summer is who we worked with and he was diligent, informative, and such a joy to work with. The finance department was knowledgeable and helpful with everything as well. We brought our kids and they were all so understanding and accommodating with the kids. Highly recommend finding your next trade in or purchase here! We love our new Dodge Ram!

Jacquelyn is a great service advisor, had a bad experience with the service dept the other day about my car not being checked in and left in back over a simple oil change. I got a hold of Jacquelyn and she took care of me and got it done quick and fast. I have used her in the past as well for other vehicles and she is always quick to communicate, she alone is a reason I will be back to Bill Luke for service again.

I had a very frustrating experience with the phone service at Bill Luke Phoenix. I called three separate times, and each time I was disconnected during the conversation. Not once did anyone call me back or follow up. This left me feeling dismissed and extremely uncomfortable.

When calling a dealership for help or information, basic communication and professionalism should be expected. Instead, I was met with repeated hang-ups and no resolution. This kind of customer service is disappointing and unacceptable. I hope they seriously consider improving how they handle phone inquiries, because this experience has definitely impacted my trust in their service.
