    This was a terrible experience. Classic bait and switch. Called about a car, told it was available, went to dealership, did not have the car. I had a bad experience many years ago but thought they had improved but they did not. Leopards do not change their spots. Don't trust bill kolb waste of your time. Stick with any other car dealerships just don't go to bill kolb!

    I've had a bad experience with this dealership in the past and was hesitant in returning to get a car for my wife. This time around however the process was seamless and compared to other dealerships we visited that day, the customer service definitely was a factor when making our purchase. We would like to thank our rep Connor for setting the tone and making a very stressful weekend very light and having the patience with us while we made our decision. We would also like to thank Marty who was very helpful and gave us the time to work out what we needed to in order to make this all work out. My wife loves her Forester Sport and we appreciate everything you guys did that day. They say everyone deserves a second chance and I'm glad I did.

    I just bought my Subaru Forester on July 31, 2021. I cannot express enough how wonderful the sales staff as well as the service staff has been. The quality of the input has been incredible. In particular, Mel Dixon in Sales was most supportive as well as really engaged in helping me to purchase the car. At the Service Department, Alvaro Cisneros was so assiduous, professional and helpful to me! The staff seems polite, friendly, and engaged. They are clearly enthusiastic about the Subaru car. The atmosphere in both the Sales and Service Departments was inviting and courteous. The paperwork preparation was clear and informative and I was always encouraged to call with any questions.

    Really disappointing experience with these guys. I inquired online about two Outbacks that they showed in inventory, and had follow up from their internet sales department. So far, so good. Asked for pricing on one of the cars, and he said he would get back to me later in the day, but encouraged me to come in to look, so I made an appointment and went in. When I got there, it turned out their system didn't accurately reflect their inventory, and they actually have nothing available to sell me. Complete waste of time. The sales people were quite apologetic and friendly, so two stars, rather than one. But, I want my Saturday afternoon back! Be sure to speak with a non-internet sales person before going in to make sure they actually have in stock what their web site says they have.

    After having an initially pleasant experience purchasing a used vehicle, the car was inspected by an independent mechanic and found to have a few minor issues. Thankfully, the GM (Chris) was able to negotiate a fair price to fix the issues and I'm happy with the purchase of the used vehicle (2015 Acura TLX).
