Bill Kidd's Toyota

Cars are so difficult to find these days. However Mike made this so easy to get a Toyota Prius prime. We reserved it when it was still in the ocean. The whole process with Mike was so easy, and the car is fantastic. We drove from the DC area one hour and it was totally worth it. Additionally, there's a small dealer markup but nothing unreasonable like you'll find in the city of DC. We were able to do everything by phone until the actual pick up time.

I love the customer service at Timonium. I bought my new Venza from their location and their service department is very attentive and friendly.

We asked for quote and we were quoted extra 2000$ from Carlo , as we are purchasing out of state. He said its premium 'out of state' charge. (We have an email ). Very unethical.

Been waiting for Toyota Sienna 2021 for preorder by the sales rep Stan! Unfortunately sad that they cannot send me one! Do not go there to get ripped off or waste your money and time!

Please avoid Bill Kidds Toyota Service at all cost! Service manager- David Avila, and Service director -Tom Wunderer don't know what the hell they are doing. These two losers should not be managing a Taco Bell let alone a Toyota service department. Bill Kidds had really gone down hill over the years. No wonder Toyota has not allocated any new vehicles to their sales department! Folks- trust me, take your car somewhere else for service!!!!

Great experience with Carlos. Was looking for a Tacoma TRD Sport that no other dealership was able to get for me. Then Carlos came though! It was one of easiest and best buying experiences I have had. I will definitely be buying my next Toyota from Carlos.
