My experience with all the staff was excellent. From my first contact with Matt, to my wonderful sales person Brian Doyle, to the finance representative Connor, to Darrel who went over all the features of my new Highland Hybrid. Even though it was an extremely busy Saturday just before tariffs were set to take effect, each person was genuinely friendly and thorough. Overall it was a very pleasant process for what can be quite stressful when dealing with a major investment. I’m quite pleased with the outcome and felt they made the process as low pressure as possible.

What can I say but, WOW!! The staff at Bill Dube Toyota were some of the nicest folks I've met while purchasing a new vehicle. I did my homework before coming into BDT, speaking with three other dealerships before landing at their store. These guys and gals blew the others away. I'd like to personally thank, Brian Doyle for being one of the most upbeat individuals I've met in a long time, Devan Clarke for putting together a deal I couldn't say no to, and Connor in F & I who convinced me to purchase an ext warranty (even though I normally never do) but he made it make sense and at the price it was a no brainer. I hope the service department is as good as the sales, which I'm sure it is. Once again, THANK YOU for a wonderful sales experience and I'll be sure to tell all I know about it.

Sales person didn't even ask me if I wanted to drive the car. They didn't provide any features or details about the car unless I asked.

Great team! My sales representative, Brian, has been amazing from day one. He worked with me to find the right vehicle and financing. Brian and the team have been in contact with me weekly, making sure my vehicle is meeting my expectations (which it has). I even had a minor service issue (flat tire) today, and they had me back on the road ASAP. If you value local service and support as much as you do the price, definitely don't skip these guys when you are shopping for your next vehicle.

Great place, very Friendly and Family Oriented! Brian, Ann and Conner helped us out so much, traded in a truck and jeep and ended up with a Brand New 2025 Tundra perfect for a growing family, for a Amazing price! We were even spoiled with strawberry shortcake! We're looking forward to going back for service since ann likes to cook out on Saturdays! During a routine vehicle inspection, mechanic Chris Menard went above and beyond by noticing a potentially life-threatening malfunction with the aftermarket upper control arms on my Toyota Tundra. His technical expertise, keen attention to detail, and genuine care for customer safety quite literally may have saved me, and those around me, from a disaster on the road.
