Very rude! Salesman and servicemwriter! Service writer said that I was not entering my seat right and that was why it was coming apart. The salesman compared me to The people in the Villages in my monetary worth! If I wanted to live in the Villages, I would have bought there! It had nothing to do with my worth? The more I use Bill Bryant services the more I think that the whole organization has a bad attitude toward their customer! People don't come to you to please you! They come to be pleased. All employees need to understand this!Report
