Add ReviewScheduled service here for shock replacement. I called in, specified replacing my Jeep Fox Shocks. Had to order and have my credit card to pay for parts. I’m a 2 hr round trip. Arrived for appointment day. They gave us a discourtesy ride a couple miles away while we waited, Thank You! (Best part of any of the service). Found out they ordered basic stock shocks. I understand mistakes, but no apologies and when courtesy vehicle came and picked us up, dropped us off. Service writer was nowhere to be found and keys in rig. No explanations, no apologies. My gas $$ and time are worth something too. Totally get mistakes, but crickets. Would not come back here again.Report
The worst place in the area to buy a used vehicle. The warranty company they use for used vehicles will pay more money and spend more time getting out of a repair than helping the customer. If you want to jump through hoops to get a warranty repair done then this is the place to buy, other places that sell used cars in the area truly have no questions ask warranty companies they use not Jason Lewis. I wouldn’t buy a used bicycle from Jason Lewis if I wanted a warranty. The sales department and service department seems to be good to work with but with their warranty company I will not return to Jason Lewis and buy another vehicle hope they decide to change warranty companies soon. I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GO ELSEWHERE TO PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE!!!!!Report
Great service. I will definitely tell everyone I know. ThanksReport
Saleman didn't know how to negotiate.Report
Not a sour apples thing. There are other dealers and cars available.
But in negotiations both parties try to work towards a mutual deal. Made offers, but received no counter offers or cash price for the vehicle. I guess they don't need the business or referrals.
We drove 3 1/2 hours to look at a vehicle they had online. We checked the reviews and figured we would give them a shot. We were not disappointed. Joseph Goss was our sales professional and he was awesome. He got us where we needed to be on our trade-in, Jo even called to make sure we arrived safely at our hotel. Next time we are looking for a vehicle we will be making the drive to see Jo at Jason Lewis. Thank you Joseph.Report
Best Experience! We loved the fact that we pulled in and weren’t bombarded by a salesperson. We did meet Buzz upon entering the building and we knew right away we wanted to work with him. Buzz was very knowledgeable, accommodating and just down to earth. This was such an easy and no stress purchase. Buzz was honest and kind. I highly recommend Jason Lewis automotive. Derrick handled the financing and it went very smooth. He was able to get us a better interest rate than what we were approved for before going. Also met the manager during our first visit and literally never felt an ounce of pressure from anyone. Such a great group of people! Thank you so very much Buzz for being so personable and knowledgeable and having our best interest. I will highly recommend you Buzz and Jason Lewis Automotive to everyone.Report
I struggled leaving a one star, but way to many red flags here. I drove down 4.5 hours to buy a 74,000 Hellcat out the door. I wasn't informed of 2 of the glass panes being chipped one of which was the windshield, multiple undercarriage peices missing from under the engine and the worst part is the electric cut outs were routed in a way that was almost melting the gas tank (dangerous). It was melting the shield that covers the gas tank anyway. With this caliber of vehicle I should have been informed of a safety hazard such as this. Now to the sales side of it they didn't want to let me speak or ask the previous owner if I could speak with him, but I found out later as to why. I offered 68,500 for the vehicle, they were asking just under 70k and they wouldn't settle for less than 69,000 which is just business, but they told me oh were making less than $1,000 on the front end profit of this vehicle. After finding out who the original owner was while getting it titled, I find out they were actually making around $9,000 on the front end profit as he said he was given 60k for his vehicle when they purchased it from him. Which profit is to be expected, but to blatantly lie by around 9,000 dollars on what you are making is just sad. And it appears no reconditioning was done or they wouldnt have left the glass chips, missing plastics, and melted peice on this car. A oil changed wasnt even performed ????, but it did have some miles left on the sticker. I was also led to believe it was a middle aged fellow who traded it in, but the guy was barely of adult at the age of 22 years old. Just multiple lies to sell me on the car. I worked for jeep, ram, dodge, Chrysler, and ford for 5 years myself and this level of dishonestly is just pathetic. Making around $9000 on the car not counting any profits from the financing side which is decent on this amount of money would lead a person to think they could have made sure the vehicle was safe and the undercarriage was not being melted when the cut outs were open. I sent the pic of the melting undercarriage to the salesman and it was ignored which I would not expect nothing less from them at this point. Lastly after offering to pay for shipping on my extra keys from the previous owner I did finally receive those, but it was after contacting them 5 or 6 times asking for a update at which once the sales manager acting as if he didn't know which car it was. It being one that had just sold off their showroom floor recently that he had probably walked past 20 times in the previous month, but it was a way to be dismissive of my request for my extra key and acted as if I was a annoyance to him by even asking for this minor request, which they couldn't even give me a update on, after a month of ownership. And I have pics to prove my complaints.Report
My wife and I are very pleased with our truck. We were very pleased with Joe! I can say this was the easiest experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. We’ll certainly come back to Jason Lewis Automotive for future purchases.Report
