I live 2 hours away but I wanted to go look at a car that they were selling and I noticed that price went down on the car I wanted since it had been on the lot of quite a long time so I emailed them and told them my budget and asked if that was something they could do and they said they were willing to help me so I drove out there and drove the car and decided I wanted it but when it came down to pricing they weren’t willing to work with the budget I had previously asked about and was very firm about keeping the price where it was so I passed on the car. Not a big deal…. Well two days later I saw they lowered the price to within my budget online and that was super frustrating considering I asked them and they said they weren’t willing to budge at all. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me since I’m young and it was my first time purchasing a car instead of working with me. I purchased somewhere else

Take your business elsewhere if you're not a straight white person. It's literally the worst place to buy a vehicle. And their warranty is a joke! There is so much fine print on it that it's best to go elsewhere.
