Falsely advertised a vehicle and miss leading on pricing. Very poor communication from salesman and poor leadership by management to allow such bad practices.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. They sold us a Jeep without doing any kind of inspection, we only had it for three months and after multiple trips back the whole transmission had to be replaced. Thankfully it was still under dealership warranty. I really do not feel as if we should have paid the deductible to get the transmission replaced. I asked to talk to a manager in person, was told one would come talk to me, and not a single manager did and I waited for over an hour. I never leave bad reviews, but if you're considering getting a vehicle from here just be aware of what a nightmare they really are. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Do not buy or trust Jason Lewis, we agreed to buy our 2021 Chevy Traverse from Jason Lewis last November and we agreed on what we could afford they raised it by 300 dollars, they sneaked a 3500 warranty we didn’t even know we bought til just now after trying to refinance it cause they hit us with a 28% interest rate! When I had a 680 credit score, like my credit wasn’t the best but almost 30 on a 680 I mean come on, and the audacity to sneak a 3500 dollar warranty onto our loan is so shady. Don’t buy from Jason Lewis. It’s a shame they have to resort to doing business this way to make money

Travis Daniels in sales and Aaron in finance made our purchase so smooth!! Travis was a huge help in getting us the vehicle that we wanted. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I had the worst experience ever when it came with interacting with Derrick Geer (I think that’s how you spell it). He was rude, quick with an attitude, and didn’t take the time to explain what was going on. The other staff was fine, and my service was okay, but that man made me never want to come back.

Just dropped my 2014 Ram off for service (water pump) scheduled last week for tomorrow 9/24. Service rep informed me my appointment wasn't until 10/1 only problem is when I made the appointment we discussed in detail the date of service as I live out of town and had to arrange a ride for drop off and would need to pick up AFTER HOURS ON SEPTEMBER 24th. So either they did not correctly enter the appointment date or pushed the date out to accommodate another customer or they flat lied. Either way my efforts to not be without a vehicle any longer than necessary was in vain and I couldn't take the truck elsewhere because the water pump is leaking and like I said earlier I live out of town. Told me I was incorrect and offered no other option or accommodations so I will be without the vehicle for over a week.

Honestly hands down the best customer service I have ever had buying a vehicle. Ryan Rogler has helped me with a couple purchases and I couldn’t be happier. He is your go to guy when go looking for a new ride!!!
