They are the most affordable for a reason. We had high hopes as our initial engagements were professional. After that we were disappointed to say the least. Really difficult to get ahold of them... We weren't able to get in touch with them regarding obtaining insurance on our load. This was after we made the booking. We tried calling all numbers several times during the day and a week prior. No answer. And when they eventually answered, on the day of collection, we didn't make the 48hr prior benchmark... When Key Moves (used by Biggles) came the truck was dirty and some of the items were not handled with care. When the load was delivered: One of our dressers were broken and a container was opened that held our valuables. Also, one of the carriers were smoking as they carried our furniture. Our bed reeked of smoke for 2 days. We forgot to wrap the matress base. It was covered in filth and finger marks... Of course without insurance we could not do a thing about it...

Moving studios was super simple, they were efficient and so friendly.
The staff give it their best, amazing attitudes with the tough job of moving my studio.
