Chris at Big O was nothing but great to deal with and the service was excellent. They got my truck back on the road better than before. The only reason for the 4 stars is the length of time it took to get my truck back. 2 months and 2 days it was at the dealer. The delays were due to warranty company and dealer not seeing the same path to repair causing the delays. Unfortunately I will still have to have my system flushed due to the uncooperative Member Care warranty.
