Biddulph Family Dental

Scheduled appointments for my children over 2 months ago. When I made the appointments I had my planner in front of me. Wrote the dates I was given in the planner. I never received reminder calls so I called the day 2 of my children were due to go and was told we missed the appointments last week and I was not allowed to reschedule because they were new patients and the appointments were missed.

I visit Biddulph Family Dental twice, occasionally three times a year, each time I'm greeted as if I was a neighbor they know, when they haven't seen my face in months, I'm always greeted by the girls at the desk as if they know who I am. This dental office have taken away my fear of going to the dentist, I feel like I'm among friends. My dentist always greets me with a "hello John". Thank you.

I called this morning when a crown became loose. Dr. Nassif was able to see me at noon. I was very happy to be able to get in so quickly. He glued the crown back in, and I was on my way by 12:15. Great service as usual. I have always gotten excellent care and excellent service here, and have been a customer for over 25 years.

I was pretty nervous recently about an immediate dental need. Dr. Hearty assessed the problem, fixed the tooth masterfully, with a minimally invasive remedy. I'm so thankful and pleased with the result.
