Through the practice of Yoga Asana there becomes this opportunity to be completely in the moment. Completely free and not hindered by thoughts - not hindered by anything external, just you, your breath and the moment. Yoga is about Union and Connection. We created this space to accommodate a new community. A place where people can connect to others through the practice of yoga combined with the lightness of laughter and infused with beautiful color and music. We want Bhakti Barn to be a place where your discovery can be uplifting and the development of your Yoga practice can be an individual exploration, moving at your own pace within a community of knowledgable teachers and new friends. Our offerings include Yoga Instruction and Yoga classes in Vinyasa Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Gentle Yoga and a highly rated 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training program. We service the communities of Maplewood NJ, South Orange NJ, West Orange NJ, Springfield NJ and Chatham NJ, Summit NJ and Union NJ.
