I bought a brand new 2025 KIA K4 (with 16 miles) 3 weeks ago. I got the full warranty that covers up to 100,000 miles. My car has 800 miles on it now. There is a “Quarter” size pain chip that happened all of a sudden on my front bumper. It’s not covered because I didn’t buy that additional warranty that covers the tires as well as the paint. I didn’t know and was under the impression that the whole vehicle was covered. My salesperson “Alexia” was supposed to talk to the vehicle service manager (after I asked her as opposed of her just trying to help me) yesterday (11/20) and was supposed to call me but she didn’t. I texted her today and called her but she doesn’t answer the phone and has left my messages “unread”. Yet I always replied right away to her when she needed additional information from me. I am beyond happy with the car but not happy with my current treatment and lack of personal after sale care with “Alexia”. I didn’t know the car doesn’t come with floor mats and she told me to just go buy them at the parts store or on Amazon. I had to go myself and ask around the dealership and finally found them and purchased them. Also I couldn’t open my online contract and went back to get a physical print out and again “alexia” just told me to go to the finance department and ask for the paperwork. I feel like she should have gone for me or at least walk me to it and help me. She was really good when I was buying the car but after that I feel like their is no continue of customer care

Danny Vallejo is the rudest person I’ve ever met!! He gave us the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership. I will not return to this place ever again.

Great customer service Mr.Ivan Garcia was very helpful he explained every detail on my new 2025 Telluride he went above and beyond to get my deal approved. I 100% recommend Ivan if you all want to purchase a brand new vehicle him and his finance team will make it happen ????
