Bert Ogden Infiniti

Delay in servicing my VEHICLE. Had made an appointment to get an oil change with the lovely receptionist yesterday estimated 1hour servicing. My appt was for 11/20 @11am. I promptly arrived at 10:55am. My keys were received by Angel. I asked for an additional air filter change. Then I was off back to work. At 2:30 I called for an update on vehicle. Where I was RUDELY told that by car had not been “inspected” yet. And wouldn’t be seen till 5pm!!

Waste of time!!!

Bas experience with Bert Ogden infinity
We agreed to take a lux qx60
They brought us a base car
Wife trusted them and took it further inspection it was not the car we ask for
I recommend no one deal with there dirty practices

Hands down one of the best car buying experiences! Joe Norman, GM, made everything super easy. In addition, they delivered the car to our door…on a Sunday, five hours away(Thank you Rudy!). If you are ever in the market for an Infiniti, I would suggest you calling Bert Ogden Infiniti…even if you’re not local to them. I’m confident they will take great care of you!
