Over all my sales experience wasn't great they were a bit dismissive the guy seemed annoyed hardly spoke unless needed left us waiting for hours with little communication and when I asked to talk to a manager instead I was just ignored the only welcoming person I spoke to was in financial but the worst part was my husband left his wallet when we traded in our car money went missing and instead of trying to help or investigate the matter they said they would call back never did instead when he called back they talked down to him and basically told him too bad

Disappointing used car sale experience, deceitful tactics and promises made. Appalling treatment by finance when mathematics were questioned. Dreadful response from used car management about situation. Lots of apologies with broken promises and inaction. Save yourself the horrendous mistreatment, buy elsewhere.
