getting the exact car i was looking for was such a breeze. had it delivered in less than 3 weeks to my liking which is insane. customer service was amazing. also jairo's communication skills are a1 that man deserves a xmas bonus.

I was initially so happy with the treatment I received when I drove from Laredo to Edinburg for my carbon edition. So happy my parents ended getting a brand new GT! But after 6 almost 7 months of unanswered emails, calls, voicemails and texts in regards to a refund they owe us, we will NEVER return there again. Horrible customer service on behalf of everyone there, including the receptionist for being a bold face liar. So unhappy we will be filing a suit & a corporate complaint & with the BBB.

Worst customer service ever. Me and my brother went down to work out a deal and drive a mustang but were not acknowledged or helped because everyone was busy trying to get a cat out of a car. I'm glad they were helping the cat but not even the manager who were out there acknowledged us. Waste of our time and interest.

On Monday November 29th I took my Mazda 3 for recall on steering wheel logo. Was told would only be one hour which was there for 3 hours, they tried to give me a list of things my car needed. The manager says for safety of the car then I leave the airbag was not fixed while driving home my motor mounts fall off they claim they didn't touch it yet they claim they care for the safety of the driver. I should have been told car not drivable or did they loose screw or forgot to tighten screw. Crying for my car.

Upsetting that I am now getting solicitations from several different financial companies, loans, warranty's, etc under my fathers name in my US postal service mail after we both decided to get a vehicle. They say they won't sell your information to 3rd parties and that is inaccurate and unacceptable. I've purchased cars before at hacienda ford with my fathers name and never have i received so much unwanted junk mail daily at the post office. Please note my father does not have the same mailing address as mine. So I know this is related to the purchasing of this car at this location. Just goes to show how many people are at risk of getting your information easily stolen.
