Excellent experience purchasing a vehicle. Salesperson and manager were humble and not aggressive. Considering how the economy is going the sales team worked to meet at a fair purchase price. Need a vehicle, go out and ask for Armando!!

Worst customer service ever! DO NOT recommend this place for business on any level. Starting from sales representatives to general manager of this location. Went to this location twice to try and purchase a vehicle in a 2 year gap and to be honest nothing has changed. Poor customer service remains at its highest. They will only waste your time, give you no results and on top of that they do not answer or return your calls.

Horrible experience. Started with sales person Joe Cruz not informing a potential customer of where we stood in the process. I call to speak with sale GM Joe Norton which had worse customer service than sales person Joe Cruz. GM refused to have regional manager for the store to contact me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Their salesman Andy was such a sweetheart. Sales manager Gilbert showed genuine concern and interest to make sure my needs were met when purchasing my vehicle. Mr. Rincon from finance made the process quick and was very efficient with explaining all the details. Overall I'm definitely referring anyone I know to this dealership.
