Do follow up with the Veteran. Please don't get assigned AJ Long , Very bad customer service, He doesn't want to check on your case. He has no Military experience. His assistant Ms Phillips is also scored low for customer service. She does not return your calls. This office complaint about you calling them. They work for you, The Veteran. Also my high level review was denied. Thanks Berry law firm, You did nothing. I got my own C file in three months. No help from them.

Prior to hiring Berry Law for legal representation at the VA I felt completely lost and confused. I had been turned down left and right feeling like no one really cared about me or my service related injuries / aliment. I planned to suffer in silence for the rest of my days.
