I have nothing but a great experience with the Berry Law Firm. I contacted several law firms to help me with my case after 3 years of doing it my self. They responded to immediately and that got my attention. After speaking with Sean Shepherd a retired Marine veteran who's handling my case, being a marine my self from the 70s, I immediately felt a bond and knew he had my back. My case was common case of lost record and the VA consistently denying for lack of records. Their strategies and letters are amazing. I wanna thank the Lord for directing us their way and Berry Law Firm for being professional and caring and helping me win my case. I wanna thank personally Sean Shepherd a retired Marine and his legal assistant another Marine veteran Vasa McCain and other staff that have helped along the way. I heard about your law firm from another veteran. I contacted your office to see if I should file a decision review after the VA rated my disability at 30%. Everyone I spoke to at your office was very professional and friendly. They evaluated my case and said they would file the appeal for me. My main contact was Sean Shepherd and he filed my appeal. I was so surprised that the VA responded so quickly to the appeal and granted me a 40% disability.

Even if the VA had not raised my disability to 40%, I would still have been pleased the way Sean Shepherd and the other members of the Berry Law Firm handled my review to the VA.
