Jeff Croteau, you should be ashamed of yourself. Your lack of empathy for an individual to who clearly has tried to do the right thing and make a transaction fair. You should be fired. We don't make a lot of money and to ridicule and demean us simply because of what you think you know to be true is nearly inhumane. We simply wanted a smooth purchase experience and to be berated when the transaction does not benefit him, YOU MUST KNOW. You better know! That delivery, pricing all must be in JEFF CROTEAU's favor or he will make his mark! Do not do business with this JERK. RUN!!!!!!!

i was travelling in my F350 diesel. I had an engine fault that told me I would be limited in speed after another 50 miles. I was 150 miles from home. Berlin City Ford was the closest Ford dealer, so I basically just showed up. The service dept is currently scheduling weeks out. Laurie, the Ford service person, took some of her time to immediately try and help me, took me back to speak with her tech, who told me I didn't need to worry and that I could drive it home with no limits. (I called my Ford dealer first who told me to drive to Berlin, instead of giving me the correct answer of just drive it home, adding another hour to my drive) Thank you Laurie, thank you Mike. It's a nice drive up there and I'll be sure to see you first when it's time for my next vehicle.

I worked with Amanda and then John and had a great experience that was better than the 3 other Ford dealerships I worked with. John tried hard to earn our business that we ultimately went with a different car Ford didn't carry. I would absolutely recommend this dealership as far as easy to work with and they make the delivery process easy if you can't make it there

All employees Mark, Bill, and Adam were respectful and professional. I could not entice any Ford dealers in Clinton County to compete with Berlin's prices. Sad to have to travel to NH to get a deal. However the dealership experience there was worth it. From arrival to departure our comfort and needs were met with smiling faces and understanding just what we wanted. What a great business that appreciate its customers they get 6 stars on a 5 star system. Keep doing it RIGHT Berlin City!

This message is to make you aware that my wife and I were 100% satisfied with working with David Tetrault. From the beginning of our discussion we had offered to trade in my old vehicle but the best the dealership could offer me was $13,000. I decided to instead sell my vehicle privately and I sold it for $16,500 quite easily. We understand that David had no control over this.
While we were discussing the options that we wanted, we mentioned that we wanted to increase the size of the wheels from 18" to 20", with the same style all terrain Michelin tires. We were told that this couldn't be done because the policy of the shop is that this isn't done anymore because in many cases the shop is stuck with the old wheels. We felt that this is totally wrong because the customer should receive prompt and sincere attention to a legitimate simple request and not get an excuse for a reason that is internal within the dealership. We offered to pay the same difference as is quoted when you "build a truck" on line with GMC. This amount would be $1400. Out of desperation, I requested what would the price be if we just bought the wheels and tires outright with our responsibility to sell the 18" ones. The price quoted was over $3600! We were both not very happy. We purchased the truck anyway but this one item will always leave us with a sour taste.
I can assure you that I will be completing the survey and will also include the above information.

Very fast and easy to do business with!! Had my new car in the same day!! Great job and very friendly staff!
