Bergstrom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Oshkosh

I wrote a review on here a few weeks ago. So I'm going to make a long story short here. I purchased a new 2023 Ram 2500 Big Horn diesel. The truck had a list price of 83,000. I think after their fees tax and rebates I paid 71,000 something. I now have 125 miles on this truck and I want to sell it so I took it back to them because I purchased the truck there. Well as generous as they are not they offered me 53,000.00 first time. Really why would anybody buy anything from these crooks or trade their cars in here is beyond me. After I wrote my review they got back to me and told me to give them another shot so I did today 11/20/24 and they offered me a bit less than 4,000.00 more. Then told me that they are only going to get 60,000.00 for it I see what they sell their stuff for and they ask blood money for it. No one is selling a basically new truck with a 125 miles on it for 60 grand with a diesel. I'm not that gullible. Bottom line is I would be very very careful dealing with these people. You would also think that after I came in and gave them a second shot they would have made things right. Guess I was wrong.

Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership, at this particular branch. We went in to look at vehicles as we had narrowed it down and jeep was one. Told the salesman that we were working with financing through our bank and they wanted us to go in and start test driving and get all info so we could narrow down our decision and have our car appraised by them.The salesman instantly changed his demeanor, said there's no reason to test drive, I'll just get you the print outs for the bank on the 2 vehicles, the proceeded to hand us the reports and hurry us on our way. That right there made our decision. I was absolutely dumb founded. Needless to say Jeep was off the list immediately. We went across to their Ford dealership and it was the best experience I ever had. Maybe management needs to retrain on customer service over at the Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler dealership. Please do better.

I was travelling with my wife and two dogs to northern Wisconsin from northern Illinois on July 5th. While pumping gas in Oshkosh I realized I lost my CV axel nuts. In the afternoon shortly after, I noticed what happened, I arrived at this dealership, asking for help. The parts and service department at this dealership worked together knowing I had two dogs with me, worked together and solved the problem within 15 minutes at no cost. Thank you so much to the kind workers and for the dealership's help. I definately reccomend this place. I can only give them 5 stars but they truly deserve 10 stars. Thank you once again.

Parts department is super helpful. They are friendly and actually call you back when they say they will. Bathrooms are clean.
