Bergeron Volvo

When car was still under warranty everything was fine, after car was out of warranty, when it was older, service department would not work on vehicle. My car is 8 years old and service department refuses to work on it. I guess they want to sell me a new car and give me nothing for it....it's a racket!

DO NOT ATTEMPT to get service at this location. Yes, they will surely sell you a car and that's what all the good reviews are from, but good luck scheduling a service (oil changes are booked at least three months out) or getting any help at all. They don't return calls and are rude. I have a dead 2020 Volvo in my driveway and they have no time to even run the remote diagnostics the car is telling me to run. DO NOT GO TO BERGERON VOLVO.

Omg, what an amazing amazing group of people here! I'd give 10 stars! Definitely recommended for anyone purchasing a new car! Scott, Mike and Joe were all so helpful and extremely nice! Definitely the place to go for a vehicle! Thanks Scott and Mike, you guys are so amazing!!

Today I called them trying to schedule an appointment for changing the transmission fluid on my 2010 Volvo. They told me they do not longer work on cars with more than 10 years! What a shame !!

Mario is the best car salesman ever. Very kind people at dealership.
Service department is friendly and professional. It usually takes over a month to get car in for service thus three stars. Dealership has outgrown service area due to trying to do volvo and Chrysler products.

Shocked when I called to let service know that my car was being towed to them for service and was told they don't work on cars that are 10 years old! A VOLVO that is over ten years old - shocking! I have been a long time customer to Bergeron Volvo and I was upset and appalled by this response. I fully accepted that they could not look at it until 4 weeks later, but to also be told that they had no space so don't even have it towed to their lot???!!!

There are so many negative things I could say about this experience, but I think the first paragraph sums it up. Obviously, Bergeron does not stand behind nor up to the VOLVO branding of reliability, loyalty, and longevity!

Only reason they get 1 star is because i got the part i needed in the mail quick...the staff was rude
