Bergen Limo

I did have my doubts in using their services but eventually i decided to give it a try and feel no regret about my decision.It was my sister's wedding and of course i wanted everything to go smoothly.Bergen limo did it's job very proffesionaly,their representatives were helpful in explaining things and even offering solutions.Nice decorations,red carpet and even a bottle of champagne.The surprise of the day was when we got a Chevrolet Tahoe 2015 model limousine instead of a Hummer H2 that we initially booked and let me tell you,it was looking awesome,i guess we were lucky that day.Highly recommend this guys.Thanks for all your help!

Worst service I have ever experienced. The limo we received only had one power window working and the A/C wasn't working properly either; in other words, we were burning in the limo and my sister is pregnant so you can imagine the discomfort. I called them and the representative was nasty, I requested the manager I waited several minutes before speaking to him. When I did speak to him, he was absolutely ignorant and tried to make it out as if I was in the wrong. I asked him if he could give me any kind of credit to compensate, even an apology would be nice, but nothing, all I got was a horrible limo and even worse customer service, which was actually non-existent. If you're looking for limo service stay as far away from them as you can, don't be fooled by any "deal" they provide, because ultimately it's not worth it! I wish I could give them 0 stars. Worse off, they didn't even reach out to try an resolve the problem or minimize the damage. This was for my wedding, the most special day in my life, I'd expect professionalism from people who are part of such special events in people's lives.
