I had found a vehicle with Benson and decided to trade my vehicle in, signing some contracts after hours, and having Sunday off, I emailed them saying I want to keep my vehicle but still plan to buy from them the new car.Report
While I signed contracts, I did not have my car with me to trade at that time. They told me I do not own my vehicle anymore even though no loans have been paid off, no license plate has been turned over. Tried to talk with the Sales Manager but he told me he would have to call me back as he was speaking to other people in the background. I do not feel like they can "keep" my car since they do not have my car.

I purchased a vehicle through Dave West and I was truly grateful for his professionalism. I did an online request and Dave called me immediately and offered his assistance. They offered me a price one day and the next they pul it. The sales manager Angel did not call me and I was ready to buy what’s up with this?
