I have a current application in the finance office for a vehicle that they lowered the price online $2000 plus without bothering to inform me.

Good prices on vehicles...but that's it!
Sales team was professional; but ethics were flawed...

Team claimed prices were 'non-negotiable' ..I knew the car wasn't selling so I did more research throughout the week. The sales team and the sales manager then attempt to pressure me into the sale claiming time is an issue; car has been on lot over a month.

After my continued research, I found out the car was involved in an accident (maybe a test drive, fairly recent) AND the team DROPPED the price of the vehicle by $1000 for another customer.

Do your research or stay away!

Over priced services robbery with a smile if you can take your vehicle somewhere else please do so and save yourself a lot of money

The 2019 sales experience was fine (despite my salesman getting a speeding ticket in my new car after fueling it and them taking months to pay an $89 balance to clear my Range Rover trade-in) but I sold my car in November of 2021 and have repeatedly asked for the prorated balance of the extended warranties. Initially Dale, the lady in Finance, asked for the paperwork where I traded the car in, and I emailed it. She confirmed that the document I sent would work. Months went by and I spoke to a Lauren/Laura in Finance about the same thing. I have called twice and nobody will get back to me. I am super professional, so I am not understanding the lack of courtesy. It’s not a ton of money, but I like to tie up loose ends.
