they won’t sell you a car if you don’t buy their insurance , Service or policy .

I have been working with Bend Honda for a very long time and I have not always had good experiences, especially with the service department, but my more recent dealings have changed my feelings.
Patrick Leary, took great care of me and my car on multiple occasions. He was very professional, thorough and had great communication skills. He made sure I didn’t miss pick up and drop off with my kids and that I had competitive quotes. He was honest and consistent with what he told me. He was fast and friendly. He walked me to my car and checked up on how things were going.
I really can’t recommend him enough.
Chris worked on my car and did a great job with a fast turn around.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Cody and Lisa Swift. I had scheduled an appointment to see a specific car and, although I needed to adjust the appointment time, I still made the trip. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the car was in the process of being sold. While I understand that Bend Honda cannot always control these situations, the lack of communication was unacceptable and ultimately a waste of my time. I waited at least 10 minutes before anyone informed me of the situation, and no one reached out ahead of my visit to let me know the car was no longer available.
I mention Cody because he was the sales person and Lisa Swift because she will not stop texting me and I do not appreciate how she is speaking to me.

The salesman was kind and honest but the finance manager snuck a lot of add ons when we went to buy the car that we didn’t ask for and also some we asked to be removed. We didn’t catch it until the next day. Went back in and got much of it removed but there was nothing but excuses and some lies and his story not lining up with what we had been told-with the financing and monthly payments. Very deceptive-even for a used car salesman. We got a great car but their finance manager, Alex, is a snake. Either avoid this place or quadruple check everything he says and take it with a grain of salt.

Knowledgeable and Honest Salesperson:
Cole is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person I have worked with. He was great to speak with and made the process enjoyable which is very rare at most dealerships. He has a passion for helping people and the car industry and it shows. He he had my best interests in mind and worked hard to get me the best deal on a new Ridgeline. Cole kept me well informed and was very responsive to my questions. This is my 2nd purchase with Bend Honda and I hope he will be there next time I need a vehicle.

Inquired about a vehicle online and had the opportunity to speak with Alessia who promptly answered my questions and worked with me to provide the information I needed. Would love to work with her again, thanks Alessia!

Apparently if you follow a car from the day these people get it in and get updates on it as it’s going through service, once it’s done and you’re talking with the seller to buy it, they will sell it out from under you. They run an auction house, not a car dealership. Don’t wait around and be run around for a month. They aren’t worth it.

Prices have gotten absurd here. 100 dollars for an oil change? ON A HONDA?????

Salesmen are a joke here. We were told we couldn't test drive a car unless we were buying today. Excuse me? I want to test drive all the competitors. Not just you guys.

Received a fair deal on my new Honda as well as on my trade in.
Willing to work with me to get an acceptable deal.
No pressure.
