Good experience and understanding salesperson

Just wanted to give a big shout out to their service department. They are booked quote often and they reminded me that they can usually fit me in if I come down by 0715 in the morning. Today they were full so I left my car. They called me within an hour that they had a cancelation and were able to get my car done. I was so happy with the service and professionalism they provide.

Matt, Patrick and Jennifer were all so AMAZING when we came in today to purchase our new Grand Caravan. They made us feel welcome, entertained our kids, gave us snacks... even got us the BEST RATE! Forever thankful for the Bend Honda team! Merry Christmas!

Mark Houser opted not to leave a text review of Bend Honda

Customer service was good, we agreed on a price and then they came back and said they weren't going to honor the price we had in WRITING. Not cool to go back on your word. Have no intention of ever buying another vehicle from a place that doesn't stand on their word.

Zack Allen was friendly, professional and handled our purchase without any problems. Also, the sales staff greeted us and asked if we needed help and brought Zack to us promptly (we arranged for a meeting online).. Anyway, he and others including Patrick(Finacial Manager) provided us with a satisfied purchase.

We just purchased a new car from Bend Honda and I have to say, the sales representative that helped us, Zack Allen, was awesome! He made our purchase easy and enjoyable, which I never thought I'd say about a car dealership. We utilized text and email and was able to get most things done prior to us going in.
