We have never had such great service as we received from Bend Honda when buying a new car. Since we were buying it remotely and then picking it up on site, it took a lot of communication which was provided for us by Sherief. He went above and beyond with all the information we needed, replying quickly and professionally. Sales did not push us but always seemed to have our best interest and needs in mind through the whole process. We were also very, very pleased with our new vehicle- at a great price. Do not buy a used car from this place. I reported issues in under two months of buying my vehicle and the floor manager told me they were sorry but that the car I traded in had problems too, he didn’t even offer to have them look at it or do anything to remedy the situationReport

I spent more than I intended or was originally scheduled for at service, but I guess the additional maintenance had to be done. I was annoyed that the maintenance reminder was not updated at the dealers. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to set engine oil light to 100% from 20%.Report
