It was my first time buying a new car and I worked with Sean Moreno the whole time. This was a new process for my husband and I. We went to Wilsonville Toyota the day prior but had a negative experience so we decided to try the Beaverton location. Sean was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. He treated us nicely and didn’t make us feel pressured to make a decision we weren’t comfortable with. Highly recommend! I had a great experience!

Generally frictionless purchasing experience for a CPO vehicle, and friendly staff. However, the salesman lied to me about the "add-on" products. He falsely claimed that the tire protection package they offer would cover off-road incidents and used that as a key selling point. Reading through the fine print afterwards, it clearly states that it doesn't cover off-road incidents.

Thankfully it was cancellable (but only refunded the remaining balance), but still didn't feel good to find out. I will not be back for any future purchases.

I had a recall on my car they told it's going to take couple of hours I was there from 8am until 3:30

Got my car serviced here and it was quick and easy! My best experience so far

Poor communication and pricing that is a complete ripoff.
Find somewhere else to go with your vehicle.
