Beacon Bay was co-founded in 2004, by Shannon and Eric Johannessen, who have over 30 years of combined experience in construction and project management. Along with their team, they have managed over $1.2 billion in development, new-build, and renovation projects across the country. Beacon Bay has grown to over 25 Project Managers and Executives who have completed more than 300 projects within the last 5 years alone.
